Harmon C. Bishop, contributed by Ginny McGuire-Elliott, Harmon C. Bishop, a bugle boy, enlisted as a Private on Sept. 25, 1861 in Columbia, KY; enlisted in Company A, 9th Infantry Regiment KY on Nov. 26, 1861, discharged on Oct 5, 1863 in Nashville, TN. Allegiance: UNION ARMY

Clayborne Butler was born in Hardin County, KY on 7 November 1878. He served as the railroad stationmaster at Oil City, KY from 1911 to 1941. He was married in 1911 to Rebecca Louise (Lulie) Cox (30 Apr 1883 - 1 May 1982). They had four daughters and one son. Their son died in infancy. Clayborne contracted polie in 1920 but recovered except for a badly withered right leg which did not affect his work. He died in 1943.


 

James & Arlotta Cash - contributed by Ginny McGuire Elliott. I am told the two older persons may be my great-greandparents, JAMES NATHAN, born 1855 / died - 1932 & ARLOTTA BOWEN CASH - born 1852 / died 1918. They were both born in Cumberland County, migreated to Barren County and are buried in a Kinslow Cemetery on Finney Road, Barren Co., KY. James Nathan is the son of Phillip S. Cash and the father of Finas Cash.
