Mr. Foree Kelley, age 80, of
Cropper died Thursday, December 3, 1992 at Baptist East Hospital,
Louisville. He was a retired farmer and member of the Cropper
Baptist Church and Cropper Ruritan Club. He is survived by one
daughter, Betty Vosburgh, Louisville; one brother, Russell Kelley,
Louisville; one sister, Lois Shearer, Shelbyville; one grandson
Mark Stigers, Middletown; one granddaughter, Karen Ewing,
Carbondale, Ill., four great grandchildren, and several nieces and
nephews. The funeral was at 2 pm Sunday, December 6, at Sholar-Thomas
Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Galyon officiating. Burial was
in Pleasureville Cemetery. Honorary casketbearers were Ray
Mullins, Charlie Nester, Phelps Parke, Raymond Richardson, Gebus
Roberts and Earl Swindler. Active casketbearers were Duncan
LeCompte, Hartwell Montfort, Rick Shaw, Clyde Sholar, Alvin Yount
and Gary Young. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of
contributions to Hospice of Louisville.
