Administration of the Estate of Henry Lindsay dec. of color is granted to William G. Cogen who made oath with B. F. Frakes and E. O. Fretwell his sureties executed Bond to the Commonwealth of Kentucky Conditioned agreeably to law.
On motion of said ____ ordered that B. F. Frakes, E. O. Fretwell, and Jas. L. Cogen or any two of them being duly sworn appraise the personal estate of said decedent and return an inventory there of to the court.
