1887 January 26th

African Cemetery Company delivered
to
Belle Clay

The President & Directors of the African Cemetery Company, by then President Thomas Kelly for the Sum of twelve & one half (12.50) dollars paid in hand or secured to be paid do hereby sell and convey unto Belle Clay half (1/2) lot of ground for burial purposes. Said lot is to be 20 feet square and be situated in the East division of the Cemetery grounds owned

by said Company, and is designated by the No. 46 as show by the plat and survey now of record in the ofice of the Clerk of the Bourbon County Court on page 181 record book No. 50. Said Company warrant the title to the land therin Conveyed. This 26th day of January 1886.

I Wm Myall Clerk of the County Court said County Certify that the for-going deed was this day produced to me in my office and acknowledged and delivered by Thomas Kelly, President of the African Cemetery Company of Bourbon county, party thereto to be his act and deed as such Incident and the same of this Certificate have been duly recorded in my office in Deed Book No. 69, at page 326. Given under my hand this 3rd day of February 1887.
