In the name of God Amen, I William Johnston of Bourbon County and State of Kentucky, do hereby make this my last will and testament as follows Viz I bequeath to my beloved Anne Clark my negroe woman named Milly, now in the possession of Isaac Allen, to have and to hold the said negroe woman as the said proper slave of her, the said Anne Clark to her and her heirs forever.  In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of August 1812.
