Shelby County - REED family - Abigail REED married 1st Capt. KIRKHAM, 2nd James Joseph SHAW, early 1800's, Shelby County. Her marriage licenses show both Caleb REED and Thomas REED as her parent. Supposedly she was born in PA. Census records for late 1700's show a Caleb and Thomas REED in Fayette County, PA. Are these her family? I'm also interested in KIRKHAM family to trace REED family. I'd like to connect with REED and SHAW researchers. Marilyn Brien 128 Linda Drive San Antonio, Texas 78216 brien@tenet.edu
