WILL OF ZACHARIAH J. TERRELL

WILL BOOK 44, PAGE 30 & 31, SHELBY CO COURTHOUSE ANNEX

       I, Zachariah J. Terrell, being sound in mind though in feeble health, make this my last will and testament.

1st I wish all of my just debts and funeral expenses paid.
2"   I wish MARY GILBERT and her boy, NOEL to have all my personal property consisting of household and kitchen furniture and tools except what I have given to JOHN NICHOLS also all of my stock and farming implements.
3"  I wish after my debts and funeral expenses are paid out of my farm known as the RAYMOND or O__ farm the reminder of same be equally divided between JOHN NICHOLS and ARCHIE RAYMOND which includes all my property, not given above or conveyed by me - In testimony when of I herewith set my hand this 23" day of November 1894.

An instrument of writing purporting to be the  last will and testament of Zachariah J. Terrell Decd was this day produced in open court and proven by the oaths of JNO H. HARDESTY and JNO W. GUDGEL the two subscribing witnesses. Whereupon said instrument of writing is ordered to be recorded as and  for the last will and testament of ZACHARIAH J. TERRELL dec'd
