Harold D. Stigers, 64, of Louisville, died Saturday, Sept 16, 2000 at University of Louisville Hospital.  He was a native of Columbus Indiana, but was raised in the Hatton community and was a graduate of Bagdad High School. He was the son of the late Marshall and Bessie Perkins Stigers.  He was a retired salesman for Byerly Ford Inc, an Army Veteran and a member of Bassmasters. Survivors include his wife, the former Linda Hinton of Louisville; two sons Mark K. Stigers of Middletown and Wesley G. Jones of Louisville; a daughter, Karen M. Ewing of Fort Wayne Ind.; a brother, Gene Stigers of Texas and five grandchildren. The funeral was September 18 at Ratterman's on Bardstown Road with burial in Resthaven Memorial.  Expressions of sympathy may be in the form of contributions to WHAS Crusade for Children.
