This a picture of my grandfather, Luther Adkins and my great grandfather, Gabriel "Hazelrigg" Dehart.
As best as I can tell this was taken sometime in the 20's. My grandfather was a farmer for many years
in Morgan County. At one time he was the jailer in West Liberty. My great grandfather lived right
on the Elliott/Morgan county line and is said to have enjoyed the art of making "White Lightning".
