Verna Clifford Hamilton, 70, died in a Lexington hospital, June 24. He
was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Miranda Elam Hamilton.
Survivors are four brothers: Frank of Florida; Claude of Kansas City;
Elizabeth of Lexington; Burke, address unknown, and Scott in Owingsville.
Funeral services were held at the Potter Chapel in West Liberty Sunday, June 26
with Rev. Glenn Lawson officiating. Burial was in the Ezel Cemetery under
direction of Potter Funeral Home. He had lived with his son Scott at Owingsville.
(He was the son of Richard Ramey Hamilton and Miranda Susan Elam. He was
born 26 Dec 1889 in Morgan Co., KY) His wife was Florence "Flossie" Everman.
