Age 72, of West Liberty, Kentucky, formerly of Moraine, passed away Friday, March 15, 2002 at the St. Clair Medical Center in Morehead, KY.
A member of the West Liberty Church of God. Preceded in death by 2 sons: James Michael Collins (May 19,1991) and Thomas Lee Collins (November 2,1993).
He is survived by his wife Goldie R. of West Liberty, KY; 2 daughters: Angela R. Collins & fiance Steve Buckenroth of Moraine; and Tammy G. Collins & fiance Larry Minnich of Moraine;
A sister: Madelin Fouch of Morehead, KY; 6 grandchildren: Kyle, Justin, Danielle & Michael Lee Collins, Stephen Buchenroth & Tabitha Minnich.
Several loving nieces and nephews and special friend Mike Creech. Graveside services Tuesday, 10:30 A.M. at the Miami Valley Memory Gardens, Centerville.
Pastor Bill Stanley officiating. Family will receive friends Monday from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the Stewart Funeral Home, West Carrollton.
