Mrs. Emma Irene McClain, 55, of Canton, Ohio and formerly of Morgan and Elliott
Counties died Dec 8 1976 in Timken Mercy Hospital in Canton.
She was born at Eldridge, a daughter of Elijah and Elizabeth Osborn Branham.
Surviving are her husband, Shelton McClain, formerly of Morgan Co;
three sons: Ronald Bruce of Brimfield; Mitchell Lloyd and Robert Mitchell
both of Canton; a sister, Mrs. Ersiel Pliney Gibson of Hartville, three
brothers: Gene Branham of Ashland, Bard Branham of Sandy Hook and
Winford Branham of Hillsboro.
Graveside services were conducted Friday at the McClain Cemetery at Lenox
by Rev. Steve Bliffin, and interment was at Lenox under direction of Potter
Funeral Home.
