World War I Draft Registrations

During World War I, all males between the ages of 18 and 45 were required to register for the draft.  Five 
different cards were used, each with different information, except for age and date of birth. The value of 
these cards lies in the birth dates listed.  Other information which might be found is place of birth, father’s
place of birth and nearest relative.
