I just received your letter and I sure was suprised at you al wanting to buy the land cause we are just plaining on having it divided this spring some time altho if you all want to buy befor we have it divided OK me and Nancy will take a hundred dollars each and then you see thire is Arvils children to we wouldin think of selling out and just let who ever bought have thire part for nothing corse you all would say I will buy thir part when thay are old enough but you see Leona will sine for thir part and if you all dont want to buy us all out we will have it divided and maybe we can sell to some one else or rent it I am sure so hurry and Elmer will be out some time this spring and have it divided if you all dont buy
