Winchester- Marjorie Hatton Rankin,74, of 2940 Two Mile Rd., Winchester. Died at 3:18 PM Friday October 15, 2004 at the Kenwood Center for Health and Rehabilitation, Richmond. She was the wife of Claude “C.B.” Rankin for 57 years.

A native of Clark county, she was the daughter of the late James and Emma Jones Hatton. She was a homemaker and a devoted mother and wife. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.

 

Additional survivors include three daughters and three sons in laws, Connie “Gene” Withers of Richmond, Janet “Ted” Holland of Georgetown, and Kathy “Gil” Turner of Okeechobee, FL. Two Grandchildren, Steven Taulbee and Kimberly Darnaby. Four Great Grandchildren Kammie Darnaby, Haley Darnaby, Dillion Ray Taulbee, Tyler Taulbee. One brother and sister in law, Wilburn “Gladys” Hatton of Lexington, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be conducted 10:00 AM Monday, October 18, 2004 at Scobee Funeral Home, Winchester by Bishop Rodney Guedel. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery.

 

Pallbearers will be Steven Taulbee, Jeff Darnaby, Gayle Hatton, Gerry Hatton, Paul Hatton, and Charles Hatton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Kiefer, Ray Taulbee, Kammie Darnaby, Haley Darnaby, Dillion Ray Taulbee and Tyler Taulbee.
