Piper Teegan Ramos, infant daughter of Samantha Stapleton Bowen and Charles Edward Ramos passed away Saturday August 2, 2003 at St. Joe East Hospital. Baby Ramos is preceded in death by a grandfather John Clarence. Piper is also survived by one sister Rhea Bowen, grandparents Kathy (Gary) Walters, and Helen Ramos. Private Graveside services will conducted in the Madison County Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Turpin Funeral Home.
