Douglas "Little One" Parks beloved father, family man and friend; passed away Sept 16, 2003

 

He was born December 22, 1957 in Richmond KY. Preceded in death by his parents Henry Bruce "Brutus" Parks and Gladys Henry(Farris) Parks; 5 sisters, Mary T. Smith, Beatrice Parks, Margaret Fletcher, Anna Louise Parks,Martha Houston and 3 brothers, Newland Parks, Jimmie Parks and Marion Parks.

 

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his life long companion Betty Richardson of Richmond; their 3 children, Douglas Tremayne Richardson, Justin Landeau Richardson and Larissa Marianne Richardson all of Richmond; 2 brothers, Wade H. Parks, Henry T. Parks, both of Richmond; 3 Aunts, Anna Mae Covington of Richmond, Della Williams of Cincinnati, Dorothy Baker of Cincinnati, Iva jean Farris of Richmond and a host of nieces, nephews andfriends.

 

Services will be held at Richmond Predestinarian Baptist Church, Saturday September 20, 2003. Visitation will be from 11am - 12pm; Funeral Services will begin at 12pm.

 

Grave side services following at Maple Grove Cemetery, Richmond KY. Flowers, food etc. can be dropped off at 111 N Fairview in Richmond KY. Turpin Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
