Bobby Dean Harold age 46 of Cartersville husband of Janice Phillips Harold died Sunday. Bobby was a member of the Cartersville Baptist Church, and was a self employed painter. Bobby is the son of Thelma Kendrick Harold of Cartersville, and the late Clay Edward Harold. Bobby was preceded in death by his brother Charles Winston Harold, and he died with his brother Arnold.

Bobby is also survived by his wife and step children: Shannon and Shawna Phillips both of Cartersville. 2 half brothers Jackie Saylor of Berea, and Billy Saylor of Rockcastle County. 3 sisters Charleen James, Brenda Broaddus, and Vicky Powell all of Cartersville. Nieces and Nephews Kevin Causey, Natasha Broaddus, Richard Harold, Cody Powell, BJ and Casey James, Nathan Saylor, Hope Vance, and great niece Isabella Brianna Causey. 1 grandson Andrew Blake Phillips.

Funeral services will be Friday Jan. 9, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at the White Lick Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Alcorn, and Rev. JB Alexander. Burial will be in the Cartersville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bill Lear, Carl Jones, Mitchell Wren, Tom Houndshell, Serial Green, and Bruce Potter. Honorary bearers are Shannon Phillips, Kevin Causey. Visitation will be Thursday Jan. 8, 2004 after 6:00 p.m. at the Lakes Funeral Home.
