Know all men by there present that I Wilgus STEELE being of sound mind and ... declare this my last Will and Testament.

1st I will and bequeath Maude STEELE my wife during her lifetime, if she remains my widow, a homestead. I will and bequeath Geneva Lee STEELE $100.00 worth of property land. All I have bequeathed to Geneva Lee STEELE is hereby revoked if she lives with as a wife to or with Charly THOMAS as long as she lives.

I will and bequeath to Basha TERRY, Margurite KINDRICK all the remainder of my real estate equally divided between the Barsha TERRY and Margurite KINDRICK, Roxie KINDRICK, daughter.

The homestead I bequeath to Maude, at her death goes to Barsha TERRY and Margurite KINDRICK, the daughter of Roxie KINDRICK.

I further will a tract of land I own in Breathitt as on the Lick Branch on Ready Branch to Arkie TERRY and Bashary TERRY.

I appoint Arkie TERRY my Executrix of my last will and testament. Request she be allowed to qualify or act as such without Bond
