"Lee County Grand Jury Dismissed Tuesday"

The Lee County Grand Jury in session since the opening of Lee Circuit Court, was dismissed Tuesday by Circuit Judge Charles L. SEALE.

Indictments returned during the last days of session include:
Bob COLE, carrying a concealed weapon
Ed, Winfred, and Albert HAMILTON, cutting timber of another
Johnnie MANN, being drunk
Lee ABBOTT, assault and battery
Jim BARRETT, cutting and wounding
Dewey NEWNAM, cutting timber of another
Ed SMITH, (Owsley County), being drunk in a public place
Bessie MOORE. carrying a concealed, deadly weapon
Waldo McCOLLUM, hit and run charge
Brown TERRY, petit  hereby
Winslow ALLEN, drunk in a public place
Vernon BEST and Ace BOWMAN, storehouse breaking
Lawrence TIPTON, cutting timber of another
Junior SLONE, concealed deadly weapon
Bill BENNETT, setting woods on fire
Harve HENSLEY, pointing deadly weapon
