EVERETT "Bud" REYNOLDS, 91, Siler, passed away Thursday morning, May 16, 2002 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center, Corbin.

He was a member and deacon of the Big Poplar Creek Baptist Church. He was a retired coalminer and school bus driver.

Survivors include his wife, Vina Goins Reynolds of Siler; four daughters, Golda Lee and husband, E.C. of Crestline, Ohio, Thelma Taylor and husband, Joe of Crestline, Ohio, Jessie Hurst and husband, Clarence of Siler and Joie Fulton and husband, Lloyd of Siler; 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wes and Josephine Peace Reynolds; a daughter, Betty Smith; a son, Raymond Reynolds; a grandson, Harold Lee; a great-grandson, James Harold Carpenter; a brother, Dewey Reynolds; and four sisters, Laura Baldwin Peace, Rose Wilson, Lizzie Monhollen and Ortha Partin.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 19 at the Big Poplar Creek Baptist Church with Rev. George Peace and Rev. Arnold Petrey officiating. Burial was in the Peace Cemetery.

Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
