Lizzie Perkins, 90, Williamsburg, passed away Thursday morning, June 26, 2003 at the Baptist Regional Medical Center, Corbin.

She was a member of the Beechbottom Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Rev. Howard Perkins of Williamsburg and Frank Perkins and wife, Angie of Plant City, Florida; two daughters, Marjorie Walker and husband, Roger of Williamsburg and Hazel Webb and husband, Bill of Cincinnati, Ohio; six grandchildren, Danny Perkins, Joe Perkins, Amy Allen, David Perkins, Jackie Lewis and DeWayne Perkins; nine great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; one step-daughter, Leona Croley of the Goldens Creek Community, Barbourville; one brother, Charles Lawson of Corbin; one step-daughter-in-law, Florence Perkins of Williamsburg; also several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Elish Perkins.

Funeral services were held Sunday, June 29 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Peace, Rev. Doyle Lester, Rev. David Troxell and Rev. Horace Partin officiating. Burial was in the Whitley Memorial Gardens.
