Eula Mae Ballard McDaries

Eula Mae Ballard McDaries, 90, of Corbin, formerly of Warren, passed away Friday morning, March 24, 2006 in Baptist Regional Medical Center. She was a daughter of the late Mercer and Minnie Farmer Ballard and the wife of the late Willie Lee McDaries. She was a homemaker and a former cook for KCEOC. She was a member of Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church. She is survived by seven children, Sue Stamper and husband William, Ruth Wilson, Mary Jo Alford and husband Orville, Willie Lee McDaries Jr., Maggie Marsee and husband Joe, Jane McDaries and Judy Douglas and husband Marty; one brother, Hiawathia "Red" Ballard; 22 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; seven, great, great grandchildren; one brother-in-law, Harce McDaries Jr. and wife Sylvia. Services wre conducted in Knox Funeral Home Chapel Monday, March 27 with her grandson, the Rev. Roy Stamper and great grandson, the Rev. Roy Michael Stamper, officiating. Burial was in the Ingram Cemetery at Greasy Creek. Arrangements were under the direction of Knox Funeral Home.
