JAMES C. JOHNSON, 58, Jellico, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2002 at the Jellico Community Hospital.

Survivors include one daughter, Maudrie Silcox of Williamsburg; three grandsons, James Matthew Silcox of Williamsburg, Elijah Douglas Silcox of Williamsburg and Samuel Ross Silcox of Williamsburg; mother, Maudrie Johnson of Corbin; three brothers, Arville Johnson of Corbin, Sherman Johnson of Toledo, Ohio and Jessie Johnson of Jellico, Tennessee; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Ross Johnson and son-in-law, William Matthew Silcox.

Funeral services were held Monday, April 29 at Church of God Mtn. Assembly with Rev. Jerome Walden officiating. Military services were conducted by the Campbell County Honor Guard. Burial was in the Huddleston Cemetery. Harp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
