Pansy Floyd Girdner, age 76, of West Carrollton, OH formerly of Knox County, KY passed away suddenly on March 21, 2009 at her home. She was born on April 22, 1932 to the late Oscar and Nina Floyd. On January 1, 1951, she was united in marriage to Ray Girdner, who preceded her in death, along with her brother, Marvin Floyd and her parents, Pansy was retired from General Motors, Inland Manufacturing Division. She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Girdner and fianc̩ Robert Burgan of London, KY; her son Timothy Girdner of West Carroilton, OH; one sister, Shirley Lawson of Rockholds, KY; one brother, Ernest Dale Floyd and his wife Rosemary of Miami Township, OH; several nieces and nephews including a special niece, Brenda Sutton of Rockholds, KY; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 PM on March 24, 2009 at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 KetterIng Blvd in Kettering, OH and from 10 AM until the funeral hour on March 26, 2009 at the Croley Funeral Home in Williamsburg, KY. Funeral Services will be at 1 PM on March 26, 2009 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Siler officiating. Burial will be in Croley Addition of Highland Park Cemetery in Williamsburg, KY.
