The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Nancy Wicker has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Martha Wicker age 16 Minda
age 13 Johney 11 yrs Dave age 9 yrs Eliott age 6 Dooce age 5 yrs, a Minor:

NOW WE, Nancy Wicker, as principal, and J. B.
Wicker M. M. Pratt and Linville Wicker his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Two Thousand
Dollars that the said
Nancy Wicker will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
