GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, (John Wicker crossed out) Martha Whitt has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Cassey Whitt age 12 yrs B.
Whitt age 10 yrs Lee Whitt age 8 yrs Bessie Whitt age 6 yrs Minnie Whitt age 4
yrs Odes Whitt 2 yrs, a Minor: heir of Dodge Whitt
NOW WE, (John Wicker crossed out) Martha Whitt, as principal, and
John Wicker J. E. Perkins his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars that the said (John Wicker crossed out) Martha
Whitt will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
