GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, E. B. Osborn has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Cassie Whitt, Lee Whitt,
Bessie Whitt, Minnie Whitt, Otis Whitt, a Minors:
NOW WE, E. B. Osborn, as principal, and D. W.
Wallen & M. M. Johnson his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
E. B. Osborn will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
