GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John P. Slone has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Bennie Whitaker 18 mo. of
age, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, John P. Slone, as principal, and W. M.
Howard and A. J. Taylor his sureties,
in sum of $3,500.00 do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
John P. Slone will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
