The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, James Turner has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Susie Turner age 19 Kenly
Turner 18 yrs Mine Turner age 16 Bev Turner age 13 Lizzie Turner age 11 yrs, a Minor:
Richard Turner Flerind Turner Decd
NOW WE, James Turner, as principal, and Elijah
Wallen his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Sum of Five
hundred Dollars that the said
James Turner will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
