GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Sarah Turner has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Mallie Turner age 11 Luna
Turner 6 yrs Launa age 5, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Sarah Turner, as principal, and David
Martin & W. K. Draughon his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Two Hundred
Fifty Dollars that the said
Sarah Turner will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
