    Whereas, Susie Triplett has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Ishmel Triplett age 12 Gracie Triplett 9 Ivan Triplett 8 yrs Minnie Triplett 5 years old Lawrence 3 years old Hattie Triplett 1 year old, a Minor: Minor heir of Fair Triplett Dcd.
    NOW WE, Susie Triplett, as principal, and Charles Sturgill & W.M. Sturgill his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Susie Triplett will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
