The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Robt Conley has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Ishmel Triplet age 17 Gracie
Conly 16 Ivin Triplet age 14 Minie Triplet age 11 Lawrence Triplet age 9
Hettie Triplet age 8, a Minors: Faris Triplet (Dec)
NOW WE, Robt Conley, as principal, and Irving
Napier his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
$1,000.00 Dollars that the said
Robt Conley will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
