GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John Terry has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Troy Terry & Dan Terry they
each by over 14 years of age, a Minor: James Terry
NOW WE, John Terry, as principal, and (E. Hicks
crossed out) John B. Smith (Clerk) John Wooten his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Sum of Two
hundred Dollars that the said
John Terry will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
