GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Alex Terry has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Andy age 18, Dora age 17,
John 14, Margarett age 12, Rachel age 10, Dollie 8, May 6, Golda 4, James age
3, as Minors: (blank)
NOW WE, Alex Terry, as principal, and J. W. Duke his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In sum of $500 that the said
Alex Terry will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
