The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Ellen Sturdivent has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Capie Sturdivent age 19,
Earl age 13 Leroy age 11, Irene age 8 Elbert age 6 Frank age 2 yr, a Minor:

NOW WE, Ellen Sturdivent, as principal, and H. H.
Smith & Jno. Sturgill his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Ellen Sturdivent will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
