GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Morgan Shepherd has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to David Stacy age 20 years, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Morgan Shepherd, as principal, and
(blank) his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In sum of $500 that the said
Morgan Shepherd will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
