GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Alex Smith has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Sam Smith age 19, a Minor:
John Smith Dec.
NOW WE, Alex Smith, as principal, and Farris Hays his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
$500.00 that the said
Alex Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
