    Whereas, H. H. Smith has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Nancy Jane Shepherd, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, H. H. Smith, as principal, and J. W. Duke and A. B. Combs his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said H. H. Smith will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
