GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Elias Shepherd has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Adam Shepherd, a Minor:

NOW WE, Elias Shepherd, as principal, and J. W.
Duke his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Two hundred
Dollars that the said
Elias Shepherd will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
