The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, (illegible) Robert Adams has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Bradley Seals age 4 yrs, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, (illegible) Robert Adams, as principal, and
(illegible) Adams W. B. Smith his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the Sum of
$1000.00 that the said
(illegible) Robert Adams will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
