    Whereas, Robert Adams has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Bradley Seals age 5 years, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Robert Adams, as principal, and H. H. Smith his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In the Penal Sum of $1600.00 that the said Robert Adams will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
