GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Logan L. Risner has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to (Minta Miller 20 yrs old
crossed out) Allen Risner 15 yrs and Arthur Risner 12 yrs, Minors:
of Margaret Risner dec
NOW WE, Logan L. Risner, as principal, and Farris
Hays & Peyton Richie his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the Sum of
$300.00 that the said
Logan L. Risner will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
