GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, C. M. Perkins has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Dewey Perkins and Carlos
Perkins, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, C. M. Perkins, as principal, and W. M.
Sturgill and Robin Cornett his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
C. M. Perkins will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
