GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
    Whereas, Charly Perkins has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Maggie Perkins age 14 yrs Linville Perkins age 16 years old, a Minor: heir of his own
    NOW WE, Charley Perkins, as principal, and W.M. Sturgell & C.L. Napier his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Charley Perkins will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
