GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Jennie Patton has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Jacob Patton, a Minor:
heir of Robert Lee Patton Decd
NOW WE, Jennie Patton, as principal, and G. W.
Messer his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Five Hundred
Dollars that the said
Jennie Patton will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
