The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Margie Parks has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Lola Fay Parks age 16 Lilla
May Parks age 14 yr, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Margie Parks, as principal, and R. H.
Fields his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said
Margie Parks will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
