GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Callie Niece has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Truman age 12 yrs old Carmon
age 8 yrs old Leonard 6 yrs old Larue age 4 yrs old Alice age 2 yrs old, Minors:
of J. H. Niece deceased
NOW WE, Callie Niece, as principal, and Farris
Hays his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, in the sum of
$500.00 that the said
Callie Niece will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
