Whereas, (J. M. Bailey crossed out) Salina Newsom has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Gladys Newsom age 5 Woodrow
Newsom age 3 Estie Newsom age 15 mos., a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Salina Newsom, as principal, and E. Hicks his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, In (illegible)
$300 that the said
Salina Newsom will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
