GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Ben Gibson has been appointed by the County Court of
Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Clarence Mullins age 4 yrs
and Sylvana Mullins age 2 yrs, a Minor: (blank)
NOW WE, Ben Gibson, as principal, and (Farris
Hays crossed out) H. H. Smith his sureties,
do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Penal Sum of
$2000 that the said
Ben Gibson will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all
respects as required by law.
